HVAC Maintenance Plans Built for Clanton, AL Homes
Alabama weather asks a lot of heating and cooling systems, and the equipment that gets skipped in spring or fall is usually the equipment that fails in July and December. The Giles maintenance plan gives your system a checkup before each season change, so small wear and tear gets caught early rather than turning into a weekend without air conditioning.
Every visit is handled by a Trane-certified technician who checks the parts that matter most for your specific setup: gas furnace, electric furnace, heat pump, or central air. We don’t service boilers, but for everything else we run, we bring the same attention on your first visit as your tenth.

Cooling visits cover refrigerant pressure, coil cleaning, and drain line service. Heating visits depend on your equipment: gas furnace checks focus on burners and the heat exchanger, while electric furnace and heat pump checks cover heater elements and defrost operation.
